- The patient received a relatively low dose of docetaxel.
- ILD onset was observed within 3 days of docetaxel administration, significantly earlier than previously reported.
Findings:
- The patient experienced rapid-onset interstitial lung disease following docetaxel treatment.
- Despite the rapid onset and low-dose administration, the patient responded favorably to corticosteroid therapy.
- Docetaxel administration was discontinued following the diagnosis of ILD.
