Summary

Contrast high-dose dipyridamole stress echocardiography (cSE) with myocardial perfusion (MP) assessment effectively detects multivessel coronary artery disease (CAD), even when wall motion analysis is negative. This advanced echocardiography method offers superior detection of perfusion defects compared to cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (aCMR).
