Frontal sinus fractures: diagnosis and management

The major cause of frontal sinus fracture today is a traumatic episode of considerable force, most commonly, contact of the head with the dashboard or steering wheel in a motor vehicle accident. Computerized tomography is often essential in categorizing the extent of the fracture and defining the method of therapy. In this article, we address a logical approach to assessment and treatment of frontal sinus fractures.
