Abstract:
In the evaluation of long-term rodent studies there are typically several hundred statistical tests employed. A number of techniques can be used to evaluate the multiple resulting p values. After such overall analysis, numerous examples of location/cage/systematic nontreatment effects can be found in long-term studies.
