Summary
Pathogenic variations in mitochondrial transfer RNAs (mt-tRNAs) cause diseases. We developed PON-mt-tRNA, a tool to predict pathogenicity of mt-tRNA single nucleotide substitutions, aiding diagnosis and treatment.
