  • To assess the impact of oily fish intake on the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) in a rural coastal Ecuadorian population.

  • A cross-sectional study involving 677 adults aged 40+ in rural coastal Ecuador.
  • Data collected via door-to-door surveys on cardiovascular risk factors, sleep quality, and fish consumption.
