Summary

The cell type independent (CTI) grading system for endometrial carcinoma shows similar accuracy to the World Health Organization/International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (WHO/FIGO) system in biopsy evaluation. This study found no significant advantages of the CTI system over the established WHO/FIGO grading.
