The Deleted in Colorectal Carcinoma (DCC) protein suppresses tumors by inducing apoptosis, but its role in lymphoma was unclear. This study shows netrin-1 interference with DCC promotes lymphoma, suggesting a new therapeutic target for DLBCL and MCL.
