Background:

- Understanding the impact of DF timing on aGvHD development is crucial for optimizing patient outcomes post-hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT).
Purpose of the Study:
- To investigate the role of DF prophylaxis in reducing the incidence and severity of aGvHD at 180 days post-allogeneic HCT.
- To compare the effects of post-HCT versus pre-HCT DF administration on aGvHD development.

- Retrospective evaluation of 195 adult patients undergoing allogeneic HCT.
