Videodefecography reveals common pelvic floor disorders vary significantly by gender and age. Dyskinetic puborectalis syndrome is more common in men, while descending perineum syndrome is more prevalent in women.

- Videodefecographic findings for pelvic floor disorders demonstrate significant variations according to patient gender.
- Age is also a critical factor influencing the presentation of specific defecographic abnormalities, particularly in women.
