Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome associated with interferon beta-1a use for multiple sclerosis

Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS) was observed in a multiple sclerosis patient treated with interferon beta-1a. This is the first reported case linking Rebif to RCVS, highlighting a potential adverse effect.
