Mosaicplasty is an effective surgical technique for knee osteochondral lesions, significantly improving patient function. This knee surgery showed better outcomes for femoral condyle lesions compared to patellar ones.

- The technique demonstrates superior functional recovery for lesions located on the femoral condyles compared to those on the patella.
