Summary

UK nurses and midwives must complete the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) revalidation process for registration renewal. This pilot study describes the experiences of three paediatric nurses undergoing this new professional development and public assurance system.

To describe the experiences of paediatric nurses participating in the NMC revalidation pilot program.
