Influence of Phenol-Enriched Olive Oils on Human Intestinal Immune Function

High doses of olive oil phenolic compounds may stimulate the immune system by increasing IgA-coated bacteria and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. Lower doses or combined sources showed no significant immune effects.
