Summary

Needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (nCLE) enhances endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) by providing real-time microscopic tissue visualization. This novel technique shows promise for improving diagnostic accuracy and advancing molecular imaging in gastroenterology.
