Improved Vision from Severe Compressive Optic Neuropathy by Apical Cavernous Hemangioma

Surgical removal of an apical orbital cavernous hemangioma successfully restored vision in a patient with a year of vision loss. Postoperative recovery demonstrated significant visual acuity and critical flicker frequency (CFF) improvement.
