    Area of Science:

    • Oncology
    • Pathology
    • Urology

    Background:

    • Hemangiopericytoma is a rare vascular tumor.
    • Unilateral cryptorchidism is a condition where one testicle fails to descend.

    Observation:

    • A 72-year-old patient presented with right-sided parafunicular hemangiopericytoma.
    • The patient also had a history of unilateral cryptorchidism.

    Findings:

    • The study describes the distinct histologic features of this specific hemangiopericytoma.
    • These features are crucial for distinguishing it from other tumors.

    Implications:

    • Accurate histologic identification is key for appropriate patient management.
    • Understanding rare tumor presentations aids in differential diagnosis for clinicians.
