Abstract:
Nurses are on the frontline with regard to the administering of medicines. While medication errors are more frequent than professionals think, caregivers are the last line of defence before the adverse event. A form for reporting adverse events, including medication errors, is made available to users by the Risk Management Committee of each health institution. This declaration is the main way to improve the management of medication risks.
