New Clinical and Morphologic Aspects in Trigeminal Neuralgia

The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) sign on MRI is a definitive indicator for V1 trigeminal neuralgia (TN) affection. Cranial vascular loops are the most common cause of neurovascular compression (NVC) in TN patients.
