Association between the IL7R T244I polymorphism and multiple sclerosis risk: a meta analysis

The IL7R C allele is linked to a higher risk of developing multiple sclerosis (MS). This genetic factor, the IL7R T244I polymorphism, shows a significant association in European populations but not in Asian populations.
