Summary

Single-embryo transfer (SET) using time-lapse microscopy (TLM) maintains pregnancy rates comparable to double-embryo transfer (DET). However, SET significantly reduces the risk of multiple pregnancies, a key benefit for assisted reproductive technology outcomes.
