Background:

Purpose of the Study:
- To prospectively validate the efficacy of bidermatomal and monodermatomal EA in modulating uterine artery blood flow.
- To compare the effects of different EA application methods on uterine blood flow parameters.
Main Methods:
- A prospective study involving 10 healthy women undergoing three different stimulation protocols: bidermatomal sham control, bidermatomal 80 Hz EA, and monodermatomal 80 Hz EA.
- Color Doppler ultrasonography was used to measure uterine artery pulsatility index (PI), volume flow, area, and diameter before and after EA.
- Participants underwent each of the three study steps sequentially.
