Abstract:
Maximizing learning from a patient simulator requires a high degree of authenticity. This paper describes a new fetal monitoring simulator developed to improve the anatomical accuracy, tactile and procedural realism, and visual aesthetics of existing fetal monitoring simulators. Several new materials and techniques are discussed.
