Coronary lesion complexity assessed by SYNTAX score in 256-slice dual-source MDCT angiography

Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) accurately assesses coronary artery disease (CAD) complexity, especially in low SYNTAX Score (SS) groups. This noninvasive method shows moderate agreement with invasive coronary angiography (ICA), optimizing patient management.
