A low pretreatment neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) predicts a better outcome for muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC). This simple biomarker can aid clinical decisions for NAC in MIBC.
