Summary

Radiologic changes after trigeminal rhizotomy for trigeminal neuralgia include nerve root clumping and decreased signal intensity in Meckel's cave. These findings, along with occasional temporal lobe encephalomalacia, are important for interpreting post-treatment MR imaging.
