A Guide to Structured Illumination TIRF Microscopy at High Speed with Multiple Colors
Published on: May 30, 2016
We compared two new structured illumination microscopy (SIM) reconstruction methods, pattern-illuminated Fourier ptychography (piFP) and joint Richardson-Lucy (jRL) deconvolution. Both methods match commercial SIM quality, with piFP excelling at periodic and isolated structures, while jRL offers higher resolution for isolated objects.
