Hippocampal GluA1 expression in Gria1-/- mice only partially restores spatial memory performance deficits

Restoring GluA1 in the hippocampus partially improved spatial working memory (SWM) in deficient mice. However, deficits remained, suggesting extra-hippocampal GluA1 is also crucial for SWM.
