Effects of silencing PTTG expression by small interference RNA

Small interference RNA (siRNA) targeting pituitary tumor transforming gene (PTTG) inhibited endometrial carcinoma cell proliferation and induced apoptosis. PTTG siRNA also sensitized cancer cells to radiotherapy, enhancing treatment effects.
