Optical coherence tomography angiography (OCTA) reveals distinct choriocapillaris changes in age-related macular degeneration (AMD) and Stargardt disease (STGD). GA eyes show rarefied choriocapillaris, while STGD eyes exhibit complete loss in atrophic areas.
