Background:

Purpose of the Study:

  • To define the clinical and prognostic features of a specific cohort of patients with cancer of unknown primary (CUP).
  • To identify independent prognostic factors influencing survival in patients with adenocarcinoma of unknown primary.

  • Retrospective review of 61 patients with adenocarcinoma of unknown primary diagnosed between 1999 and 2014.
  • Analysis of clinical data, including predicted primary tumor site, metastasis patterns, smoking status, and treatment response.
