High-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) now rivals triple quadrupole (QQQ) instruments in sensitivity and selectivity for regulated bioanalysis. Recent HRMS advances enable its use in quantitative assays, closing the gap for lower limit of quantification (LLOQ) assays.
