ACE Gene in Egyptian Ischemic Stroke Patients

The Angiotensin-1-converting enzyme (ACE) deletion/deletion genotype is common in Egyptian ischemic stroke patients. This ACE gene polymorphism is associated with stroke but not specific to small-vessel or large-vessel disease.
