Summary

Leprosy patients experiencing hypersensitivity reactions, like erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL) or Type I reactions, show elevated lymphocytotoxic activity (LCA). This activity, linked to IgM autoantibodies, appears in sera at cooler temperatures and reacts with autologous lymphocytes.
