Abstract:
Proficiency in heart auscultation continues to be important even in an era of modern technology. However, many physicians and health care providers are uncomfortable and often inaccurate in their ability to identify normal and abnormal heart sounds. The following review was performed to provide a basis that health care providers can use to strengthen their understanding and improve their techniques when auscultating the human heart. Clin.
