Laparoscopy is established for renal masses, but no standard exists for bilateral synchronous cases.
Bilateral synchronous renal masses present a complex management challenge.

A 42-year-old male presented with flank pain and bilateral renal masses.
Imaging revealed distinct masses in the left (7.0 cm) and right (1.5 cm) kidneys.
The patient underwent simultaneous bilateral laparoscopic partial nephrectomies.

The procedure was completed successfully with an uncomplicated postoperative course.
Pathology confirmed clear cell renal-cell carcinoma (ccRCC) in both kidneys.
