Abstract:
The author gives an account of oral sulphonyl urea antidiabetics of the second generation which are registered in Czechoslovakia. Their pharmacokinetic characteristics are given as the main differentiating sign for their different dosage in otherwise similar indications, contraindications and undesirable effects.
