Cisplatin-induced toxicity decreases the mouse vestibulo-ocular reflex

Cisplatin (a chemotherapy drug) can damage the inner ear, causing vestibulotoxicity. This study found that a 16mg/kg dose in mice impaired vestibular function, measured by the vestibulo-ocular reflex.
