A young woman successfully had a sewing machine needle removed from her right lower lobe airway using flexible bronchoscopy and fluoroscopic guidance. This minimally invasive procedure avoided complications, highlighting its effectiveness for foreign body retrieval.

- The foreign body was successfully removed from the posterior basal sub-segment of the right lower lobe.
- The retrieval was performed using alligator biopsy forceps without any immediate complications.
