  • To conduct a large-scale genome-wide association study (GWAS) to identify genetic loci associated with AFB and NEB in both sexes.

  • Performed a SNP-based GWAS including 251,151 individuals for AFB and 343,072 individuals for NEB.
  • Conducted a gene-based association study to identify additional loci.
