    Summary

    A phase Ib trial combined immunotherapy AM0010 (interleukin-10) with pembrolizumab, showing good tolerability and tumor control in patients with advanced cancers. This combination therapy offers a promising new approach for difficult-to-treat renal cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and melanoma.
