Cannabis use may be a risk factor for acute coronary heart disease in young men. This study found significant cardiac changes in cannabis-exposed patients compared to non-exposed individuals.

Conclusions:
- Cannabis smoking may be a contributing risk factor for cardiac ischemia.
- Further research is warranted to understand the cardiovascular implications of cannabis use.
