Maternal Physiologic Renal Pelvis Dilatation in Pregnancy: Sonographic Reference Data

This study provides sonographic reference data for maternal renal pelvis dilatation in asymptomatic pregnant women. Renal pelvis measurements increase with gestational age, with larger diameters more common in twin pregnancies.
