Background:

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is a common bariatric procedure.
Current multiport techniques often use 4-6 ports plus a liver retractor.
Single-port techniques offer advantages like reduced pain and improved cosmesis.

Purpose of the Study:

To describe a novel, reproducible 3-port technique for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.
To present an alternative to multiport sleeve gastrectomy that may mitigate its disadvantages.

A laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy was performed using a 3-port technique.
The technique is described as easily reproducible.
