[Research advances in diabetic retinopathy telescreening systems]

Diabetic retinopathy has become the main cause of the sight impairment and blindness among the adult population. Early detection of diabetic retinopathy helps to prevent and reduce the damage to eyesight. The development of diabetic retinopathy telescreening systems has been rapid.
