Implementation of a Simplified Regional Citrate Anticoagulation Protocol for Post-Dilution Continuous Hemofiltration

This study shows that a new post-dilution regional citrate anticoagulation (RCA) protocol for continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) is safe and effective. The protocol achieved comparable filter life in patients who could not use heparin.
