Prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radioligand therapy (RLT) shows promise for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). While demonstrating efficacy in reducing prostate-specific antigen (PSA) levels, its use is recommended only after standard therapies are exhausted due to a lack of survival benefit data.
