The stimulated recall technique: a qualitative evaluation of an in-service workshop

In order to provide more useful and relevant evaluation data of in-service education events, the authors have adapted a stimulated recall technique used in qualitative research. The procedures and some of the data collected from the pilot test of a Death Awareness Workshop are reported in this article. The evaluation procedures themselves appear to have some unexpected educational benefits.
