Summary

This study found that tropicamide-phenylephrine eye drops significantly reduce aqueous flare and cell counts in post-cataract surgery patients and normal eyes. Optimal measurement times for laser flare-cell meter readings in post-surgical cases are 30 minutes to 1 hour after instillation.
