Summary

Combined intraoperative maneuvers significantly reduced pain and analgesic use after laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC). This approach, involving local anesthesia, low-pressure pneumoperitoneum, active gas suction (AGS), and pulmonary recruitment, proved effective in pain management.
